Katerina is a multifaceted, creatively-thinking corporate hospitality and event specialist with a long history of excelling in the events services and hospitality industry in Greece, UK and beyond. Katerina crafts events with sanity, humor, innovation, and style. With attention to detail and flair for the unimaginable, Katerina creates events that stimulate the senses and awe guests while creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients. Passionate about building strong teams of dedicated professionals through a strong and honest narrative, vision and direction.
With over 25 years of experience and uniquely positioned in the heart of a strong network of contacts in Greece, Europe and MENA region, Katerina is able to blend the tenets of fine dining, social etiquette, entertainment, décor, and atmosphere into every event she creates. Katerina holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies with specialization in Marketing from London South Bank University and an MBA from Henley Business School.
She’s had the immense honor of being involved with very important projects such as the London 2012 Olympics, the Olympic Torch Relay celebrations in Athens, VVIP visits to Greece such as members of the British Royal family including Their Majesties the King and The Queen of England – formerly known as the Prince of Wales (2 visits 2020 & 2018), HRH Princess Royal, His Royal Highness The Duke of York, HRH Princess Alexandra, HRH Prince Michael of Kent etc; 3 British Prime Ministerial visits, the British Olympic Association’s participation in the Athens Olympics in 2004; various Foreign Ministerial visits, hosted events for British celebrities such as Jeremy Irons, Sir Richard Branson, David Beckam, and other very important officials as well as the organization of thousands of events ranging from small lunches and dinners up to big conferences and receptions for 3000 guests such as the Queen Elizabeth II’s Birthday parties. No matter the celebration, Katerina prides herself on infusing her clients into the details so that no two events ever look and feel alike.
In her free time Katerina enjoys cooking for her family and friends, travelling, walking on the beach, reading a book or watching a movie and it will likely be something suspenseful or an all time classic romantic comedy!
Coming from the field of tourism and all services linked to hospitality, Neni believes and finds pleasure in catering the needs and expectations of guests and clients, in order to achieve the ultimate end product whether that is a high end corporate event, an extravagant wedding, a milestone celebration or a simple get together among family and friends.
Neni’s 15-plus years of expertise in project management and budgetary management combined with her passion for creating lasting memories with every detail has turned her into our chief visionary. Using her unique blend of project management expertise, creative vision, and relentless dedication she implements her top-notch customer service skills in order to create exceptional, exclusive and unforgettable experiences for organizations, and demanding high net worth individuals.
Neni has had a diverse career to date such as the coordination of the political campaign of a prominent Greek politician, the organization of hundreds of corporate outdoor recreation activities and events for one of Greece’s most prominent signature venues (family owned) such as boot camps for adults,
hiking and camping, skiing, inspirational seminars, wellness retreats, themed weekends, excursions, workshops, Christmas galas and many more!
Her goal is to revive the spirit of Greek hospitality through Greece’s unique off-the-beaten path venues, through Greece’s light that is full of truth, through Greece’s culture and vibe, through Greece’s advanced services in all departments from entertainment to culinary to island hopping through caravan yachting and make Greece No.1 in destination events.
Neni is a certified Reiki healer with experience in energy healing that aims to promote well-being. by channeling universal life forces. Furthermore, she is advancing her Psychology degree from NYU, by getting a certified license as a Mental Health Consultant.
She is a mother of two teenagers and in her very limited spare time you will find her baking goodies, taking care of her pets and managing her organic farm in Andros island.
Vasilis has been in the forefront of the entertainment music industry in Greece for over 15 years having worked with some of the world’s best-selling music artists. He is an astute professional with hands-on experience in entertainment involving music production and live show staging for famous pop singers (including Sakis his brother who is the most famous Greek pop singer, film and television actor, and model and one of the most influential personalities in Greece).
Armed with diverse knowledge of all music genres as well as production strategies and techniques; including but not limited to room and stage design and automation, lighting, sound system development and installation, soundproofing, equipment processing and music licensing and insurance. Vasilis works closely with diverse guests, live musicians and performers, DJs and industry executives to ensure maximum efficiency and overall client satisfaction. He plans events and books promoters and entertainers for all high end establishments; negotiates contracts for entertainers, planning and overseeing event operations and staff. He also co-ordinates and oversees the work of set designers, costume designers, make-up artists, actors, and efficiently co-ordinates the day-to-day operations of the whole entertainment TV/Music/Film /Theatre production teams.
He is a key player responsible for the supervision of operation and maintenance as well as safe-working practices of the technical and artistic integrity of all production elements in relation to all produced entertainment.
Vasilis possesses a strong work ethic centered on excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while developing and maintaining positive, collaborative relationships and communications with all entertainment personnel, administrative staff, vendors and venue management.
He enjoys challenging himself with new ambitious projects and always keeps an eye open for inefficient uses of time, effort, resources and money! When not working you will find him biking, hiking, swimming, driving or playing with his 2 year old son!
